How insane would it be for me to live in an 880-ft sq loft?

Not very insane — we live in a 1200-sq. ft. house, and there are three of us humans, two cats, a piano and a furniture-sized hammer dulcimer. We have friends who have three kids, an industrial coffee roaster and 1000 sq. feet.

The size is probably fine. I'm more thinking the "lofts offer these problems you didn't consider".
