Street Hockey

No burlesque, sadly, but today I played more street hockey, and even got a number of assists.

Of course, since I slept over at Maery and Pat's last night, I was forced to play in a derby shirt.

THM - The computer won't start up

You all know the drill - technology hates me.

Seems my desktop, which seemed to have survived the trip to Montreal intact, has been gradually getting weirder on bootup. Safe mode seemed to work for a bit, but now it seems to be caught in an endless loop looking for ATA devices or something.

I probably don't want to deal with this now, and so will figure out if it will boot into the Windows partition tomorrow. It does seem Linux is incapable of booting anymore, however, which is irritating.

Less hate

Well, upon advice from numerous clever people, I cracked open the case and jiggled the connections to the hard drive.

Thing seems to work.

I will return to archiving photos so I can actually work on the ones worth working on.
