lightcastleTaken from mzrowan and much-ado, An old Luftwaffe spy photo has revealed a garden labyrinth at the home of Sir Thomas Tresham, whose sun was part of the Gunpowder Plot. According to the article, the labyrinth would have been festooned with Roman Catholic symbolism in a time where such things did not endear you to the crown.
