Oh yeah, I like people and other plans.

Two nights of going out in the company of smart, lovely women of my acquaintance reminds me that this is something I enjoy and should do more of even as I try to refocus on actually charting a path that takes me off of my parents' couch sometime in the near future.

I checked out the Kick Ash comedy show with misskitty_79 Saturday, and will be performing on it the 16th. On the 15th, I will be at the Too Much comedy show - since they have relaunched and one of the bookers was there Saturday.

Tonight I had a lovely dinner with la_lionne, caught up on her life, and have decided I need to do more research on whether Marie Antoinette had numerous lesbian affairs. (This is the sort of thing that happens when having dinner with an English Lit and Gender Studies major.)

January plans include driving practice, actually lining up people for photo shoots (those who want to model or even just be test subjects for makeup, lighting, and costume experimentation are welcome to volunteer), doing proper job hunting, writing that 5-colour silk poem/song/whatever that keeps rattling in my head, connecting with Kyn-mad-arab and company about the Twilight Zone play, and otherwise remembering to be productive.

I've been out in the company of a smart, lovely woman of my acquaintance and it was wonderful, except the drama that's going on between her and my housemate. I wish she could just put it aside and forget about her. But there we are.
