Remember to always screw the little guy
Nov. 29th, 2010 10:12 pmSo Obama is going to do a Federal employee wage freeze? I presume he is doing this because it is yet another Republican plan he can adopt just to see the goalposts moved? It's not like it is good idea.
From a little earlier, concerning the "Screw the little guy" approach Washington is using,
Krugman points out that Napoleon didn't bail out the banksters.
Lambert gives a pithy description of the mindset of so many in the US now - "Like a horrible dystopian first person shooter game."
In keeping with the theme, a post on how the American social contract is broken, and the argument there is no such thing as society, just family (to paraphrase Thatcher).
