Trinkets and art

I finally got a new battery for the laptop, only to find that while the battery was dead, the adapter is broken as well. (This is a common thing for Dells it seems.) So my new battery won't charge since the computer thinks this isn't a real adapter that's plugged into the wall.

I also got a 50mm lens which I will use for portrait work, since it requires everything to be done manually.

Still ache from hockey yesterday, am feeling out of sorts, and have the "job hunting workshop" tomorrow which I remain deeply skeptical about.

Now off to do art projects with my mom.
