Costume Help: Imhotep

My plan for Halloween is to go as this guy.

Since I kind of suck at costume making, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for ways to do this.

Ok, so you have a couple components: the kilt, the bracers, the amulet and the robe.

The amulet can be done with sculpey and some paint, most likely.
The bracers, if you don't have some already, can probably be borrowed from someone you know.
The kilt is basically just a short sarong, so it really just depends on how accurate you care you be on the trim, etc.
For the robe, you might be able to get away with a worn bathrobe, or do some really simple sewing on some on sale stuff from as fabric store.

Yeah, that was my opinion on the amulet, too.
Don't know if I know anyone who can lend me bracers.
I didn't even really process it as a kilt, but you're right.
The robe will be tricky. I may be able to get something from a friend, though.
