Free LED lights!

lightcastleSadly, I do not live in Toronto and have no incandescent lights to trade in, but Toronto Hydro is offering to give you a string of LED xmas lights for every two strings of incandescent lights you bring in.
If I was in any position to take advantage, I would be all over this.
