Torchwood - Miracle Day

I'm not sure what to make of Miracle Day. The vibe feels very different from the old Torchwood, and that's fine, but it was remarkably cold and unengaging. On one level, it felt like it was trying to relaunch the series and allow for new people, but it didn't really feel like it was doing much to bring new people in.

Melebeth mentioned that they addressed some of the ethical/moral issues from the end of Children of Earth but I didn't get that sense at all. In fact, it feels to me like they are going to just skip it altogether.

The basic plot looks like it might be interesting, though, and I like Bill Pullman, so I'll keep an eye on it.
