White suits and other complications
Jul. 12th, 2011 12:07 pmI need to get my hands on a white suit, or something similar, since I am going to the Diner en Blanc in August. Not sure when else I would wear a white suit, but K______ figures I will find other excuses to wear it if I have it.
My new camera hasn't arrived and today an email informed me why. Because I moved, my shipping address doesn't match my billing address. OK, fine, but they waited the 5 business days it was supposed to take for my order to arrive to tell me they weren't shipping it? I also can't help but note that my card was charged, and still shows the charge, so they didn't bother to cancel the charge and ask me to re-order. (Nor did they bother to inform people that this would result in the order being refused in the beginning.) In the email they say I could re-order or I could arrange something with my credit card company. I asked what that second option would be, to which they said, "you have to re-order".

I do, however, have backdrops being sewn for me, and need to get a stud finder so I can drill things into walls. Then hopefully my housewarming will be ok. Especially since they are cleaning under the tub and the appliances today.
