Ice Cream Bribes

The Canada Post strike is denying me boxes, which is irritating.

Packing goes slowly, and I could really use help or just company. Since I also need to clean out my fridge and freezer, there is ice cream awaiting any who might wish to drop by.

My favourite part is where they show Canadians are polite by having a man slapped across the face and offering the other cheek.

Most of you have already seen it, but Senator Roy MacDonald (R-Saratoga) had a little something to say about why he has decided to vote for marriage equality.

"You get to the point where you evolve in your life where everything isn't black and white, good and bad, and you try to do the right thing. You might not like that. You might be very cynical about that. Well, fuck it, I don't care what you think. I'm trying to do the right thing. I'm tired of Republican-Democrat politics. They can take the job and shove it. I come from a blue-collar background. I'm trying to do the right thing, and that's where I'm going with this."
