She's more recognizable in it.

I also like many of the costume redesigns (not the one with a visor). They don't make her a sex toy fantasy.

I haven't been following JMS's run so far. Has it gotten interesting?

I don't know. I stood up for JMS' writing in comics before, but my budget won't support another title.
